How long does delivery take?

Allow 1 week for the parcels to reach you.
I need around 2-3 days processing time and then it will be posted on using Australia Post.

How do you send pottery?

I use Australia Post Tracked service, and carefully package all of my pieces in honeycomb wrap and corrugated cardboard, and nestle them within compostable packing peanuts. If you order multiple pieces I might have to pack them separately to avoid breakages.

Can I pick up my order?

Sure, just select the pick up option when you buy it and then pop me a message via the contact page to let me know when you plan to come by to collect it.
Heads up you’ll be picking up from my studio or from a local farmers market on Saturdays.

Do you offer wholesale on your pottery?

I do offer wholesale prices to bulk orders. I don’t hold huge amounts of stock, and make in small batches, so please be aware that I will need at least 3+ months to complete larger orders. Pop me an email via the contact page, and we can chat it through. I have a minimum of 20 pieces and apply 20% discount on retail price.

Do you take pottery commissions?

I do take commissions - just pop me a message via the contact page. If it’s a version of something I’ve already made, I could already have one the shelf. But just to warn you depending on the amount/complexity it may take me a while to have it finished. I can give you an estimate on timings quickly as soon as I get you message.

Are you open to collaborating with other brands?

I’m always interested in collaborating with brands that share my ethos and aesthetic. If you have a concept you'd like to see realized in clay, need custom pieces for your wedding or restaurant, or want to borrow items for a photoshoot, reach out through the contact page, and we’ll go from there.

Help - my pottery arrived broken!

Ouch, sorry! These things happen with fragile things like pottery. Don’t worry just send me a picture ( within the packaging it came in in view) and I can claim refund from Australia Post . I’ll then either give you a full refund, or if I have a replacement piece in stock - get another one in the post to you ASAP.

Are your pieces dishwasher, microwave safe?

All functional serve/dinnerware pieces (bowls, plates, cups etc) are food safe, and can go in the dishwasher (though hand-washing is always advised to avoid breakages) but might be best to avoid microwaves and ovens unless specified in the description that the piece is intended for that use.
